"Payouts take waaay too long"
I used Sellfy for a while, and the payout speed got frustrating. It feels like the money takes way longer than it should to show up, and support didn’t really give me much of an explanation either. I just don’t looove having to wait around for money from my own sales.

"Feels a bit unreliable lately"
Sellfy is fine when everything is running smoothly, but lately I’ve had a few random issues with downtime and pages loading really slowly. It’s not a total disaster, but when you’re trying to sell stuff online, it definitely makes you nervous. I also had to wait on support and kind of felt passed around a bit before getting anywhere, which was frustrating.

"Marketing tools felt limited..."
I gave sellfy a try mainly because of the built-in marketing features, but honestly... they felt basic. The email options were limited, and the upsell tools didn’t really move the needle for me. I still ended up needing other tools to actually get things done. The store builder itself isn’t bad, but for the price, I was expecting a lot more on the marketing side...

"Good in places, but the subscription stuff was frustrating"
I had a decent experience with some parts of Sellfy, but the subscription settings were definitely the weak spot for me. When I actually needed to manage my plan, it wasn’t obvious where to go or how to cancel, and the billing details didn’t feel as clear as they should. Support did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I was hoping. Overall, the platform had some useful features, but the subscription side made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be.

I kept trying to download the files, but they never actually loaded for me. i wish I hadn’t spent so much time messing with it because it just kept failing.

Setting up my store was straightforward, which I appreciated at first. But once I started trying to make it feel more like my own, I felt really limited. There just weren’t enough design options, and anything I changed still ended up looking kind of generic. For the price, I expected more flexibility, so it was a bit frustrating.

I reached out to support expecting at least some basic help, but they barely responded and when they did, it didn’t really solve anything. After waiting around and getting nowhere, I don’t feel like I can trust them anymore.

"Mobile experience could be better"
I tried using Sellfy on my phone, and it was more frustrating than I expected. The pages took longer to load than I’d like, and a few of the buttons were awkward to tap because they felt too close together.

The checkout process wasn’t great either. I had to zoom in a couple of times just to get through it, and one page froze for a bit before finally responding. I was definitely expecting things to react faster, especially on mobile.

Maybe it works better on desktop, but using it from my phone didn’t feel very smooth. It’s not unusable, but it’s also not something I’d call a good mobile experience.

"I wanted to give the sales analytics..."
I wanted to give the sales analytics a fair shot, but they’ve been disappointing. The data feels really basic, and it’s often slow to update, which makes it hard to figure out what’s actually working or where sales are coming from. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clearer, more useful reporting from a tool like this. I also reached out to support, but the responses felt generic and didn’t really help solve the issue

"The fees don’t feel fair anymore"
I used to feel like the plans were reasonable, but lately the total cost has gotten hard to justify. The extra fees add up quickly, and it just doesn’t feel fair for what I’m getting. I don’t mind paying for a good service, but the pricing needs to feel balanced.

"Too pricey for what you actually get"
I don’t feel like this is worth the monthly cost. After using it, I expected a lot more for what I’m paying, and it just didn’t deliver. At this point, I’d really appreciate some kind of refund, credit, or compensation because the value just isn’t there for me.

"Feels a bit too limited for what I needed"
I’ve been using Sellfy for some simple stuff and it’s fine for that, I guess. Maybe I expected too much, but once I started needing a few more options, it felt limited. There were a couple of features I assumed would be built in, and either they weren’t there or they were more basic than I thought they’d be. I ended up using extra tools for things I kind of feel should’ve been included already. It’s not bad or anything, and maybe it works well for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel complete enough

I tried setting up my shop and got lost quickly. Some of the steps weren’t clear, and when I reached out for help, the support replies felt like they were just copy-pasted from a help article instead of actually answering my issue. After going in circles for a while, I got frustrated and gave up.

"Fraud protection felt kind of weak"
I had some fraud issues, support didn’t really make me feel protected. I mean, I expected a bit more help or reassurance, but it just didn’t really feel like they had my back.

"Save your time and skip it"
The setup was confusing right from the start. I kept thinking I was missing something, but it just wasn’t clear or easy to follow. If you’re looking for something quick and simple, save your time and look elsewhere

"Good at first, but... it starts to feel cramped"
It worked fine for me early on, but once you start growing and needing more as a creator, you kind of hit the limits fast. It’s not bad, just... a bit restrictive after a while.

"Payment issues made me nervous"
I tried paying with my card a few times and it just kept failing. that kind of thing makes me a bit uneasy, especially when money is involved, so I didn’t feel comfortable continuing until it was sorted out.

"I was trying to buy a digital..."
I was trying to buy a digital item, but the checkout kept freezing or looping after I put in my payment info. It didn’t really show any clear error, just dumped me back on the same page. I tried maybe two or three times before giving up. Frustrating and not worth the time.

"Integrations were such a hassle"
I gave Sellfy a try because I wanted something simple for setting up a store, connecting my email list, and keeping my tracking tools in place. I really wasn’t looking for anything complicated, just the basics working smoothly.

But the integrations were frustrating. A lot of what I needed either wasn’t available or had to go through Zapier, and even then it felt clunky. I ended up spending way more time messing with broken connections than actually adding products, and come on now, that’s the exact thing I was trying to avoid.

Support mostly sent me basic help articles, which didn’t really solve the problem. I can see it being okay if you only use the built-in features, but for what I needed, it just turned into a waste of time
